Sham-e-Sukhan — An Evening of Expression — returns this December for our final gathering of the year.

As the year draws to a close, we come together once more to honour the art of words, voices, and shared humanity. After exploring Azadi, Umeed, and most recently Khudi — our tribute to Allama Iqbal and his call toward self-realisation — we now turn to a theme that gently ties the year together:

'Rah-e-Safar': The path of one's journey

Safar invites us to reflect on the paths we have walked: the moments that shaped us, the turns that surprised us, the stories we carried and the stories we created.
Whether your journey this year was one of discovery, struggle, healing, longing, or transformation — we welcome you to bring it to our open-mic.

This open-mic evening is for poets, storytellers, musicians, and lovers of expression. Bring your words, your rhythm, your voice. Or simply join us as part of the mehfil — to listen, to feel, to be moved.

Let us gather for one last time in 2025 to celebrate the journeys that connect us, the art that sustains us, and the community that continues to grow with every Sham-e-Sukhan.
