Women of the Murray is hosting our first ever weekend retreat in 2026, and this is your chance to be part of something truly special. HERtreat is designed for the women who do it all, give endlessly, and rarely get the chance to pause. It’s your invitation to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and spend a whole weekend surrounded by supportive, inspiring women from across the Murray region.
Across the weekend, you’ll enjoy a mix of wellbeing workshops, movement, mindfulness, creative sessions, good food, laughter and the kind of conversations you only have when you finally slow down. Think barefoot mornings, soulful evenings, a space to breathe, and time just for you.
We’ll have shared cabins options and free camping sites available, so you can choose the experience that suits you best. Places will be limited, and we expect this retreat to sell out quickly.
