Explore the synergy between the deeply supportive work of classic Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons and traditional Anapanasati (mindfulness of breathing) meditation. In addition to guided sessions, there will be dedicated time to examine how these two practices complement one another, with practical instruction on weaving both into your personal practice.

Each class will include space for questions and discussion. Between sessions, participants are encouraged to maintain silence to support inner reflection and deepen awareness. To help foster mindfulness and simplicity, no cell phones, computers, or internet access will be permitted during the retreat.

Prerequisite: Open to both novice and experienced meditators. Silence will be observed.

Class Size: Limited to 14 participants — registration required to reserve your spot
