Our Mummy & Me Pilates class is specially designed for new mums to gently regain strength, stability, and confidence after childbirth — all while bonding with their baby. This supportive and welcoming class focuses on rebuilding deep core and pelvic floor muscles, improving posture, and easing the tension that often comes with feeding, lifting, and caring for your newborn.
With your baby close by, you’ll move through safe, low-impact Pilates exercises that restore balance and energy to your body. Whether your little one is resting beside you, joining in for playful moments, or simply enjoying the connection, this class provides a beautiful opportunity to nurture both yourself and your baby.
