In this session, we’ll break down what a strong marketing strategy looks like and how to create one that fits your business goals and your audience. We’ll also introduce how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can support your marketing - from saving you time on content creation to helping you understand your customers better. You don’t need to be tech-savvy; we’ll show simple, practical ways to start using AI tools that can make your marketing smarter, faster, and more effective.Trainer Bio: Jenny Cross, Experienced Marketing Consultant and Pro Chancellor of De Montfort UniversityKnown for her innovative thinking and results-driven approach, Jenny has built a reputation for connecting people, creating opportunity, and helping businesses thrive in competitive markets. She delivers specialist sessions on AI for communication as part of the government-funded Create Growth programme and has also been a contributor to the national Help to Grow initiative.Alongside her consultancy work, Jenny is Pro Chancellor at De Montfort University, where she advises the academic marketing department, lectures regularly, and supports the next generation of marketers.
