I could see a group of men who were hungry for more of God’s heart and who deeply desired to live lives of impact and purpose.God reminded me that the most significant breakthrough I have ever had came when I did a men’s course at our church called Wild at Heart.Wild at Heart is a course for men by John Eldredge that deeply impacted me, Mark, the founder of OHM, Laura, and our marriage. It came at a powerful time when our marriage and many other areas of life were falling apart. It was the first time I had ever experienced a group of men being truly 'real' and openly talking about areas of life that had come against us and tried to take us out.I had always felt so alone in some of these areas, trapped and unable to move forward, not feeling good enough and believing I had no purpose or calling on my life. None of that was true. God has a plan for us (Jeremiah 29:11) yet we can still get stuck and feel isolated.During this course, I felt freer than I ever had, and so many areas in my life, including my marriage, started to heal. Through that process, I was taken on as a leader, helping other men find their purpose and calling for over four years, leading the Wild at Heart course, which included three retreats each year.Ticket includesNow is the time for us as men to come together and reconnect with God on a whole new level. Drewstown House is a beautiful facility surrounded by countryside and natural beauty. It is only an hour outside of Dublin and is a place we have reserved for the whole weekend.The weekend will begin on Friday lunchtime, with arrivals from 1pm to 3pm, ready for dinner, an evening service, and a campfire.
