The 4th Edition of the DAAA 10 Mile Road Race
Date: Sunday 12 April 2026
Championships: The race will host the West District 10 Mile Road Race Championships (pending) and the DAAA 10 Mile Road Race Championship.

This flat, out-and-back course promises fast times, making it perfect for anyone chasing a new PB! The race begins at Clydebank Leisure Centre and follows the Clyde River along the scenic Firth & Forth Canal to The Bowline at Bowling Harbour -part of a £10 million regeneration project - before returning to finish under the shadow of the iconic Titan Crane.

Early Bird: £16 until 31 December 2025
Standard: £18 from 1 January 2026
Last-minute: £24 on race weekend - Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 April (subject to availability)
Entries are limited to 300 runners — once full, a waitlist will be activated. There will be no entries on the day, so enter early to secure your place!

In the event of adverse weather, the race may be rescheduled. There are no refunds or deferrals, but places will be transferred to the alternative date.

📍 Course Overview
The course is certified accurate and almost entirely flat, with one gentle climb between miles 5 and 6. It starts and finishes at Clydebank Leisure Centre and features mile markers, marshals, and two water stations — at the Event Arena and the Glen Lusset (approx. miles 3 & 7).

First Aid: At the Event Arena and Glen Lusset
Time Limit: 2 hours 30 minutes
Age Limit: Minimum 17 years old on race day
Refund Policy: No deferrals, no refunds, no transfers – proceeds support DAAA XC & Relay competitions

1st Male – £50 voucher
2nd Male – £40 voucher
3rd Male – £30 voucher
1st Female – £50 voucher
2nd Female – £40 voucher
3rd Female – £30 voucher
Vets: 1st V40, V50, V60, V70 – £25 each
DAAA Championships – medals awarded to members of DAAA-affiliated clubs:

Senior Men & Women: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Masters Men & Women: 1st V40, V50, V60+
Team Prizes: 1st–3rd Male & Female teams (4 to count)
West District Championships (pending): medals awarded to eligible club members:

Senior Men & Women: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Masters Men & Women V40+: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
All finishers receive a DAAA commemorative medal.
