Coorie In is a gentle Friday evening experience designed to help you slow right down — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Think of it as a softer alternative to a night out: no rushing, no effort, just time to settle, breathe, and be held in a calm, welcoming space.
We’ll begin with gentle yoga movement, allowing the body to loosen, energy to flow, and tension to melt away. From there, we’ll move into slow, guided breathing practices — including abdominal, paced, and coherent breathing — to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
As the evening unfolds, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing meditation, supported by the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, helping you sink into a state of rest and stillness.
To gently bring the experience to a close, you’re invited to stay and enjoy hot chocolate and cake, offering time to ground, reconnect, and chat if you wish — or simply sit quietly and savour the moment.
