All entries on the day – CASH ONLY.
Correct riding dress code must be worn in the ring.
All riders must wear hard hats with chin strap fastened when mounted within the show ground (breach of this rule will result in refusal of class entry).
All Stallion/colt riders and handlers must have obtained their 14th birthday.
There will be an onsite photographer if you do not want yourself or your child being photographed, make the photographer aware of this.
All photographs are the intellectual property of their respective photographer, as such are subject to copyright laws and may only be distributed by permission from or purchase from their respective photographer.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied on the showground by an adult and children under the age of 14 must be supervised always.
All dogs visiting the Showground must be kept on a lead. All dog muck must be picked up and disposed of appropriately.
All horses / ponies entering the showground must have a valid equine passport and must be properly vaccinated
All riders, drivers, grooms and helpers must have their own third-party liability insurance.
Horses must only be walked between arenas. No trotting or cantering please.
All visitors to the showground must be aware that there are inherent risks associated.
By entering the showground, you agree to abide by these Rules and Regulations, as well as any other rulebook specific to the event.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel part or the whole of the show and to change the format of any classes.
The Judges' decision is final and the judge may disqualify a competitor at any stage if there is due cause.
Any objection is to be made in writing within 30 minutes of class ending to the secretary together with a deposit of £30 which will only be returned if the objection is upheld.

All Classes are to be split if sufficient entries, Junior and Senior – you must state on entry form if you are Junior (16 and under from 1st Jan 2025) or Senior.
