This experience includes the Note to Self Affirmation Method, an invitational “I Love You” mirror practice, tea service with light snacks, and tools you can continue using after the event.

Think of it as an hour and a half with yourself, followed by the freedom to explore, connect, and celebrate the rest of the day from a more grounded place.
