What is Butoh? 
What differentiates Butoh from other contemporary dancing?
In this class we will try and answer these questions focusing on the Basics.

After a long warm up and a technical introduction, we will also improvise and play around with the new learned techniques.

I am very much inspired by my latest trip to Japan – so please be open and trust the process.

It is intended for beginners and also for those practitioners who want to rehearse the basics.
