Elizabeth Chavez is a lifelong resident of Clovis and a dedicated workforce development leader committed to strengthening the community she calls home. As Director of Workforce Partnership & Continuing Education at Clovis Community College, she leads strategic initiatives that connect women, students, and working professionals to high-demand career pathways across Eastern New Mexico.
With a background in business administration and finance, Elizabeth brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach to leadership while keeping people at the center of her work. She builds strong regional partnerships, expands apprenticeship opportunities, and develops programs aligned with the real needs of local employers and families.
A summa cum laude graduate and Leadership Clovis alumna, Elizabeth believes deeply in the power of bringing people together. Through her leadership, she strives to leave every person she encounters feeling inspired and energized for their next path, creating momentum that extends far beyond a single program or initiative.
