What to expect:
The ideas and techniques taught will help give you the confidence to deal with dangerous situations. We will cover situational awareness, boundary setting, presenting assurance as well as escape techniques. 
Come ready to work, wear athletic clothing. 

Who could benefit from this class:
Well everyone really. This class is ideal for moms/daughters, teenagers, young adults, friends, coworkers, mom’s day out and Teambuilding. 

What to know beforehand: 
This class is an all levels class. This is not a workout class. You will be moving but if you can move you can do this class and will be glad you did. 
⚠️ Expect to sit on the floor throughout class. Bring blankets, pillows, bolsters and/or your own yoga mat if sitting on the floor is uncomfortable for you. 
? Socks or bare feet only in the studio. Socks with grips work best. If you do not have your own some will be available for purchase at the studio. 

? Allow ample time for parking and to fill out a waiver if this is your first time at the studio. 

?Please use back entrance where our lobby is located. 

‼️Must be 12 or older to attend. If under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

? Cost of this workshop is $55 for one person or two for $80. If register prior to February 7th get our early early ? bird special of $35. If register by February 28th you will get our early bird ? special of $45.
