Septembers theme is Inviting discomfort and exploring the places where growth begins. Discomfort is something we naturally try to avoid, but sometimes the very things that stretch us are the things that help us grow. This circle invites us to become curious about discomfort rather than immediately moving away from it. We’ll explore the difference between discomfort that signals something is wrong and discomfort that comes from stepping into something new, challenging, or unfamiliar.
