We’ll begin with slow, intentional movement to help us arrive in our bodies and create space for what we’re ready to let go of. From there, we’ll settle into the water for a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing the sounds and the water to hold us as we turn inward.

To make space for what we want to grow.

As the season begins to change, give yourself permission to slow down, soften, and begin again.
