This class is for moms/dads/caregivers and their 7-12 year olds who want to try a class but might not be ready to try on their own or are too young to join the adult class.  This class is $30 for one adult and one child within the age group. $15 each additional adult or child. 

To sign up for class go to our website @loveatfirstflightclovis.com then Book Class Now then enrollments or use the Mindbody app and scroll down until you get to upcoming events.

In this class families will develop and strengthen their bond with each other, laugh, and have fun together in this heart-warming class. Family Aerial Yoga offers those new to aerial to get their feet off the ground and become familiar with the aerial hammock. Make time to play! Come fly with us! 


*****Please arrive on time. Use back entrance to studio where lobby is located. Door will be locked until 10 minutes before scheduled class time. 
*****  Bring socks (grip socks preferred).
*****First 15 minutes of class is designated to get you fitted for the hammock. Class will then run 45 minutes in length and will begin once everyone has been fitted.  For a total of 1 hour. 
*****Also if this is your first class please allow time to complete waiver.
*****Recommended for those new to aerial. 
******Please wear shirts with sleeves that cover armpits-NO TANK TOPS PLEASE. NO jewelry, hair clips, clothing with zippers, buttons, or anything that could get caught in the hammock. Please no lotion, oil, or perfumes.
