Join Mental Health Resources, Inc. this September 20th as we come together for National Recovery Month & Suicide Prevention Month. This event is a time to honor resilience, raise awareness, and walk alongside our community toward healing and hope. Together, we’ll remember, connect, and shine a light on the path forward. 

This event begins with a 5K walk, with vendors, art exhibits and resources available for all registrants. 
The first 250 registrants will receive a t-shirt and race bib.
