For safety, no throwing of candy or items – Candy or other giveaways must be handed directly to spectators by participants. Throwing items is prohibited.

All vehicles should be decorated and lighted. 

Only one Santa Claus – Santa will appear at the end of the parade. No other person may dress as Santa.

Emergency vehicles should not use sirens or horns – Unless responding to an emergency, sirens and horns should remain off. Music via PA systems is welcome. 

Headlights off – Please turn off or cover headlights and daytime running lights at the parade start.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS ARE MANDATORY.  Any vehicular unit should have at least one fire
extinguisher aboard and readily accessible.

Late entries are accepted and will be added at the end of the parade. Written comments about your entry – Provide a description of your entry for the emcee to announce as you pass the reviewing stand.

Santa will be at the Icehouse ready for you to take a picture and tell him your wishes.  Complimentary Hot Chocolate and Cookies will be outside!  We may also have some other special guest!
