If the minmimum registration is met (varies by event), we may be able to add additional participants after the registration cut off.Cancellation of hikes due to prohibitive weather (weather that is either dangerous or that will make the activity impossible) or low attendance will be made 24 hours in advance via email.CHAPERONE NOTE : This is a mixed custodial/non-custodial care event. Youth MAY be dropped off, or adults may stay for the program. Please indicate your intent when registering. Youth who are dropped off may ONLY BE PICKED UP BY APPROVED PERSONS. Pick up approval can be added in or completed by a youth guardian. All persons present at the event (youth participants, accompanying adults, and non-participating youth) MUST be registered in Eventbrite.
