Get ready for shakes and matcha with Jenn, the co-owner of The Hot Room, and Lulu's Sips- a mobile matcha cart!Please expect a 30 minute sculpt class to give you a taste of what we have to offer! We will begin with breathwork and work our way into a plank series, lower body series, upper body series, and an ab series followed by a cooldown! Mats will not be provided this will be a “BYOM” (bring your own mat) style event, however, we will provide light weights for the work!Surprise! We also have added Auburn Jewelry- a permanent jewelry company- to join us for this event!
