**Journey Inward: Stretch, Meditate & Create
Relax, reflect, and unleash your creativity in this 1.5-hour experience with Julie Deters, Kripalu Yoga Guide and Art Educator. Begin with gentle stretching and guided meditation, then explore intuitive drawing to express your inner landscape. Perfect for all levels—no art or meditation experience needed! Leave with a one-of-a-kind artwork infused with your personal meaning and intention.

**What to Bring
Bring a blanket, cushion, or camp chair for comfort during stretching and meditation. (We’ll spend some time lying on our backs.) Tables and chairs are available for art-making, or stay cozy on the floor—your choice! Art supplies are provided; however, you’re welcome to bring your favorite items, such as Sharpies, colored pencils, crayons, or paint pens.
