Clonakilty First Responders Fundraiser

On Saturday 29th of November at Guerilla Fitness, we will be "running" a hybrid type HYROX event that will be infinitely scalable so ANYONE can take part. We will have workouts running every 30 minutes from 9am so we hope to have BIG numbers come out, support the Clonakilty First Responders in their efforts to upskill many individuals in the West Cork area and make defibs more readily available in urban and rural areas etc

Coffee and Cake will also be on the go, so if you cant take part, you can come out and have a cuppa and make a cash donation on the day if the workout isn't for you!!
