Join us for a slow morning practicing yoga with soothing and entrancing violin music that moves with your breath. 

Olive has been a yoga teacher for 5 years and encourages her students to use breath and intentions to deepen their practice.

Her practice will be enhanced with music from a solo violinist. Addie has been playing violin for over 20 years and will be playing a variety of improvised music, and composed songs with a classical flare. Each bow stroke will move with your breath to help deepen your practice and simultaneously provide relief and distraction during the more challenging holds.

Join us for a magical morning! This will be a small group, with option for hands on assists. Space is limited, so please sign up to save your spot!
