Partner Yoga is a collaborative, 90-minute, all-levels practice designed to deepen connection, trust, and communication with a partner, friend, or loved one. Using shared, supported poses, the session focuses on synchronized breathing, assisted stretching, and interactive poses that foster playfulness and intimacy, with options for modification available.
You will be guided through gentle and nourishing yoga postures, carefully curated to promote deep relaxation and release tension from the body. These postures are meant to be fully supported with the use of props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing you to sink into each pose with ease and comfort.
Breathwork and mindfulness techniques will also be integrated, encouraging you to cultivate present-moment awareness and connect with your inner self. This mindful approach will deepen the relaxation and provide you with a sense of inner clarity and tranquility.
During the yoga flow, Felicia will weave the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, chimes, and other melodic instruments throughout the session. These sounds are carefully guided to harmonize with your breath and movement, helping release tension, calm the nervous system, and balance your energy. As you flow through poses, the gentle resonance supports deeper relaxation, enhances mindfulness, and amplifies the healing energy of the Reiki-infused practice. Participants often feel a profound sense of inner clarity, openness, and energetic alignment by the end of the session.
