There will be an opportunity from 11-11:30 to network and enjoy cacao with snacks before a deeply relaxing sound journey experience! This will start promptly at 11:30 and will be followed by another half hour of networking and refreshments for those who want to come a little later. 

Felicia will guide you on a calming, sensory-rich experience designed to soften the nervous system and invite deep rest. This sound bath, offered by Lavender Lotus, weaves together soothing frequencies that ease tension and invite stillness. Settle in, unwind, and allow the layered vibrations to guide you into a meditative, dreamlike state.

***⏰ Please arrive PRIOR to 11:30 so you can settle in for the sound experience. Then networking will resume around noon for another half hour. 

This Membership Meetup is happening in the DSM area, but we are planning more small activities around the state and would love for you to help us host one!!

Erika is also meeting regularly for coffee in the Iowa City area if you are in that corridor.
