As you drop down into relaxation your body temperature lowers, this may cause you to feel chilly. Please bring items that will help you be at your coziest. 
Items for comfort-
comfy clothes, thick socks, pillows, blanket, yoga mat, water bottle, and eye cover.
We do have a few bolsters available. 💚💚
I ask you to please come to sessions as fragrance free as possible. Keeping your scent minimal is helpful for others that might be sensitive to them. 💚💚

Doors will open at 10:45am please allow yourself time to get cozy and comfortable. Doors will lock promptly at 11am. 

Come in, take off your shoes. We will settle in, I’ll guide you into relaxation then play sound for 1 hour.  Following the sound Journey I will serve a vegan dish and a yummy caffeine, N/A beverage made by me. 
In this community space we will have a fun creative activity to enjoy if you’d like. 
These events are so lovely for your nervous system I hope you can allow space for yourself not to feel rushed before and after this session.
