Intro to Diving Clinic:
This is a great clinic for beginner divers who want to learn to jump or dive off the springboard. Participants must be able to swim the length of the pool and tread water for at least 30 seconds to participate as this class will be held in deep waters.
Saturdays, June 27, July 11, July 25, August 1
10-11:15 a.m.

Springboard Diving Class:
This class will teach participants the proper diving fundamentals, correct body positions for diving, various technical dives, and assist participants in advancing their diving skill. Participants must be able to swim the length of the pool and tread water for at least 30 seconds to participate as this class will be held in deep waters. Participants must also be comfortable with using and going off of a 1-meter diving board.
4-day sessions, Monday-Thursday, various weeks of the summer.
6:00 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. class times available.
