As autumn whispers its arrival, September’s Harvest Moon invites us to gather our thoughts and harvest our emotions. This magical time guides us to celebrate the richness of life and prepare for the months ahead.

As we head into fall, now is the time to gather, rest and reflect on both our physical and emotional stockpiles. We may need to share, put away, or giveaway items we do not not need as summer is fading away. We also may need to release emotional baggage or behaviors that are holding us back from reaching our highest potential. This is the last full moon before the Fall Equinox. It is a reminder to make preparations as we head closer to winter.
