Bring your gi if you have one, or feel free to train no-Gi. Just come ready to move and have a good time.

This seminar is about introducing women to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, building confidence, and creating a strong community on and off the mats.

After the seminar, we’ll have an open mat where you’re encouraged to stay, drill, and roll at your own pace with others.
