It’s that time of year again!
The Young Bucks Hockey Team is excited to host the Matt Huether Memorial Hockey Tournament for the 6th year!
This tournament is held in loving memory of Matt Huether, who tragically passed away in 2018. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation.
Over the past five tournaments, the Young Bucks Hockey Team has raised over $110,000 to support our community! Highlights include:
2019: $17,000 donated to the Trillium Gift of Life
2022: $20,258 donated to the Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation for the purchase of a new portable cardiac monitoring device for the Seaforth Emergency Department
2023: $23,150 donated to the Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation to purchase a slit lamp for eye injury assessments and a Tornado to support medical equipment cleaning
2024: $25,000 donated to the Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation for the purchase of a disinfection unit for ultrasound probes
2025: $25,000 donated to Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation for the purchase of a Zoll Defibrillator, a vital piece of life saving equipment used in emergency situations
