Together we will explore gentle yoga, restorative postures, guided meditation, pranayama, and sound healing in a softly heated space designed to help you fully relax.

This is a practice of slowing down — of allowing yourself to be held, supported, and replenished.

No prior yoga experience is needed. Come exactly as you are and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply at ease — a beautiful act of self-care in the midst of your full life.

It is Erin’s mission to offer transformative experiences in a supportive environment that inspires connection, compassion, and joy.
