It’s been a little quiet around here lately (hello, life!), but we’ve had several mamas asking when the next Flow & Grow would return—and we’re so excited to finally say: it's happening!

Pregnant Mommas: Our FIFTH round of Flow & Grow kicks off at in mid-April! This 5-week prenatal series is designed to support and empower you through pregnancy with a combination of calming prenatal yoga and bite-sized childbirth education sessions.

Join us in a cozy, small-group setting each Monday night as we nurture your mind, body, and baby. 🪴

Each week we’ll explore important topics like:
✨ Preparing for the 3rd Trimester
✨ Understanding the Stages of Labor
✨ Creating Your Birth Plan
✨ Breastfeeding 101
✨ Navigating Postpartum & Newborn Care

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this series meets you where you are and helps prepare you for the journey ahead. 

One of the most beautiful aspects of this series is the connection—you’ll get the chance to share, laugh, and learn with other moms who are in the same season of life. We weren’t meant to do this alone, and this space is here to lift you up.

New this session: You’ll have the option to include your partner for our Birth Plan night, to make sure you both feel informed and supported.
