Designed for yoga teachers, nursing home/assisted living staff, classroom teachers, OTs, PTs, social workers, therapists, and anyone wanting to offer chair yoga to clients or loved ones.

Learn to create and lead Chair Yoga classes for any population — including those with limited mobility, seniors, or individuals in recovery.

Weekend Training Includes:

Fundamentals of teaching Chair Yoga

Basic anatomy and safe movement principles

Seated and standing pose variations

Modifications and accessible options

Breathwork (pranayama) and meditation techniques

Sequencing and class structure

Practice teaching with peer feedback

Public speaking and classroom management skills

 

What You’ll Gain:

After the 16-hour in-person training:

Teach 4 Chair Yoga classes within 3 months

Gather client and self-assessments (provided)

Complete a 1:1 review with the course director

Receive your Certificate of Completion
