Restorative Yoga with Reiki & Sound Healing

Join us as you are led through a relaxing restorative yoga class using props to help support the body to relax, release tension, let go and restore your energy.

While holding our poses, we will be offering Reiki & Energy Work, to further promote relaxation, reduce stress and become balanced.

In addition, Singing Bowls and other instruments will be played during this class to add even more healing with the sounds and vibrations.
