Mentors connect with mentees for one hour, on a bi-weekly basis, over a 6-12 month duration and are guided through a series of professional workshops and activities that focuses on setting and executing goals for future career aspirations.\nP.R.O.M.I.S.E. partners with community organizations to provide academic and financial resources, professional development training, and access to events to youth and young adult mentees.
