Assumption of RiskI understand that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, falls, strains, collisions, allergic or asthma reactions, scratches, bites, illness, and exposure to germs, dander, or saliva, as well as the unpredictable behavior of animals.I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, 16 years of age with parental consent, or I will be accompanied by a parent/guardian if under the age of 16.I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with my participation in the Event.2. Release of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless SMH Ventures LLC, the event venue, instructors, breeders/handlers, staff, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.3. Health & Emergency CareI certify that I am physically able to safely participate in this Event and assume full responsibility for my health and well-being.In the event of an emergency, I authorize SMH Ventures LLC and/or venue staff to obtain medical treatment on my behalf. Photo & Video ReleaseI grant SMH Ventures LLC permission to take and use photographs and/or video recordings of me during the Event for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation.If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand that I must notify staff prior to the Event. I acknowledge that I may still appear incidentally in group footage.7.
