Join us all month long as we celebrate Austrian Wine Month with a specially curated three-course prix fixe menu inspired by classic Austrian flavors and seasonal ingredients. As a native Austrian, owner Stefan Trummer has spent years thoughtfully building one of the region’s largest and most diverse collections of Austrian wines. This annual celebration is his way of sharing a taste of home—showcasing the wines he loves alongside dishes that highlight the flavors and traditions that pair so beautifully with them. It’s a true passion project and a wonderful opportunity for our guests to explore the depth, elegance, and charm of Austria’s wine and cuisine.

First Course Choice of:
Smoked White Fish
crepe, savoy cabbage, dill crema, crispy shallots, caviar

Poached Pork Belly 
potato rosti, apple fennel slaw, beer mustard, pickled red onion

Oxtail Consommé
chicken quenelles, wild mushrooms, chili oil, scallions
 
Second Course Choice of:
Pan Roasted Halibut
kasnocken, chantelles, cucumber dill sauce,

Veal Schnitzel
potato and cucumber salad, lingonberry jam, brown butter

Pumpkin Spätzle
w/ herbed goat cheese, roasted beets, sage, pomegranate

Dessert Choice of:
Krapfen 
persimmon jam 

Black Forest Strudel 
kirsch sour cherries, mascarpone, chantilly cream, chocolate cremeux, Callebaut 54% chocolate 

Malakofftorte 
lady fingers, toasted almonds, lingonberry Jam
