Our Annual Luau & Pig Roast returns with an all-you-can-eat Hawaiian-inspired feast, handcrafted tiki cocktails, and the laid-back spirit of a tropical vacation. Executive Chef Zach Ridenhour will roast a whole pig, Kahlua-style, outdoors in a traditional Caja China, creating juicy, flavorful pork that’s carved throughout the evening.
