Accessible for all fitness levels & ages, great for beginners or those who just don't feel like getting down on the mat. We incorporate seated and standing-holding-the-chair poses while also using blocks, a strap & small hand weights. Focus is on gentle movement, breathing techniques & balance to help improve flexibility & strength. Most props are provided. But feel free to bring your own. See you on the chair!
