Half-day Lean 102 – Covington

GENEDGE, through a grant from Virginia Tech, is offering a no-cost, half-day Lean Process Improvement Training for up to 20 participants. This half-day session is designed to accelerate the adoption of Lean and Industry 4.0 practices across the Commonwealth—helping Virginia manufacturers and organizations compete more effectively. This hands-on workshop uses three engaging simulations to demonstrate how Lean practices cut waste, improve efficiency, and boost profitability. Designed for operators, supervisors, engineers, and managers, participants will leave with:
