Threads of Memory: The Art of Storytelling through Yarn with Norton Fredericks

Experience this special 2-day drop spindle masterclass. Learn park-and-draft, suspended spinning, spin raw wool and wet-finish yarns. Includes botanically dyed fibre, solar-dyed yarn and create a hand-stitched hemp bag.

This program is part of a three-year project of artist-led exhibitions and activations, collectively titled CREATE EXCHANGE, supported by Haymans Electrical, Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA) and Redland Art Gallery | Redland City Council.
