Seed Starting Workshop: Let's Get this Garden Party Started!

Spring has arrived and it's time to start planting seedlings for your gardens and farms. This workshop will introduce participants to the materials needed to successfully start plants indoors to transplant outside and also tips for direct seeding in the soil outside.

We will discuss:

• Potting mix, seeds and labels
• Growing containers (including soil blocks)
• Grow lights and heat mats
• Germination chamber
• Temperature controllers
• Watering
