INVESTOR RELATIONS EXPERIENCE

Frohnapple joined The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR), a $4B+ global industrial leader, in 2019 as head of the Company’s investor relations function. He is responsible for communicating Timken’s vision and performance to the financial community. Frohnapple is also a member of Timken’s Finance Leadership Team.

Frohnapple ranked #1 in Extel’s (fka Institutional Investor) 2024 All-America Executive Team Survey for Best IR Professionals in the Midcap category for Machinery. He also ranked #2 overall in Institutional Investor’s 2023-24 All-America Executive Team Survey for Best IR Professionals out of 29 machinery companies.

WALL STREET EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Timken, Frohnapple spent over 13 years as a sell-side equity research analyst covering industrial companies in the machinery and multi-industrial sectors.

He was most recently the managing director of the Cleveland office of The Buckingham Research Group. He began his career with FTN Midwest Securities and was also an industrial analyst at Longbow Research.

Frohnapple was recognized multiple times by StarMine as a top-three earnings estimator in the United States of trading companies and distributors. His research was regularly cited by Transport Topics, and also highlighted by CNBC, Barron’s, Reuters and Bloomberg.

ADDITIONAL LEADERSHIP

Frohnapple is a member of the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation (MAPI) Investor Relations Council, which includes nearly fifty companies.

He was also an executive sponsor of the Young Professionals Network at Timken, which is on the company’s global employee resource groups.

Frohnapple is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Cleveland Chapter.

Bachelor’s degree in finance – John Carroll University

Passed Level II of the CFA Examination in 2013
