Join us for a six-course tasting menu as we debut our newest private label release - Marble Room Maker’s Mark Single Barrel - in a celebration that’s part barrel-release party, part chef-driven dinner, and entirely sensory. Rather than a traditional sit-down format, guests will move through curated tasting stations designed to let each pour and each course shine at its peak.
Your experience includes rare pours such as Maker’s Mark Cellar Aged 2025, Star Hill Farm American Wheat Whiskey 2025, the Marble Room Private Label Single Barrel Maker’s Mark, and additional featured selections. Our Chef Team has created six courses specifically to match the character of each bourbon, layering flavor, texture, and finish intentionally.
The Maker’s Mark team will be on hand throughout the evening for a meet-and-greet, guided insight, and a few surprises along the way.
