In this workshop, we are breaking down the essential mechanics and troubleshooting any plateaus you currently have in these shapes.

We’ll start by analyzing the foundational strength, core engagement, and the specific leg, hip, and body contact points needed to lock in a dependable grip. From there, the clinic adapts to the goals of everyone in the room. If you are newer to these shapes, we will focus on building a rock-solid foundation. If you already have your hooks down, we will dive into smoothing out transitions, like switching between inside and outside hangs, moving from Gemini to Swan, or exploring variations like Flatline Scorpio. Pike and Straddle Hip holds are on the menu, too!

To get the most out of this session, you just need a consistent method to get upside down. This does not need to be a high V or a tuck invert. If you can get upside down from a Jasmine, come on in! Bring your current goals and your trickiest troubleshooting questions, and let's build your upside-down confidence.
