Students will be guided through a whole body stretch routine and learn basic stretches and practice giving and receiving them in class. Accommodations can be made for difficulties with certain stretches or positions.

Bring a partner to work with, or be willing to work on another person and be worked on in turn.

Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move around in and bring a towel. A cushion may also be brought for your comfort when sitting.

This class is $30 or 5 tokens, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.
