Whether you’re a pole artist, a movement lover, or simply seeking space to exhale, this experience invites you to turn inward, listen closely, and let your breath guide you.

No experience with breathwork is necessary—just bring your body, your breath, and a willingness to meet yourself where you are.

We are offering both an in studio and online option for this class. Please make sure that you select the correct option when registering.
