10-11am ET | Project Management 101 with Danielle SchwartzThis program will give you the confidence and tools necessary to successfully lead a project from start to finish.Learner Outcomes:
Understand the different phases of project management in order to lead a project to a successful conclusion.
Understand the types of project management techniques and qualities that makes a good project manager
Become familiar with the different tools used to manage projects
Develop an understanding of Best Practices in Project Management

11:15-12:00pm ET | Workplace Wellness with Maria (Puma) PermeMaria will guide us through a series of movements that will help you feel more alive, release tension and stress and get you centered and connected, feeling amazing in your body and mind as you move through your work day.
Simple movements including yoga stretches and joint movement that can be done at your desk to relieve stress & tension, bring movement, oxygen and blood flow to body and boost the mood and lower anxiety
Breathing techniques to lower blood pressure, keep focus and increase breath capacity and oxygen
Meditation techniques to lower stress, and keep oneself calm throughout stressful moments
