Through guided drills, technique exercises, and short movement sequences, you'll explore foundational floorwork skills including body rolls, poses, leg waves, transitions, and pathways across the floor. Each class will break down movements step-by-step, allowing you to build comfort and control at your own pace while discovering your unique movement style.

Rather than learning one full choreographed routine, you'll be introduced to small sequences throughout the series that can be practiced individually or combined into a larger flow, giving you the freedom to create movement that feels authentic to you.

This series is all about building confidence in floorwork, connecting with your body, and creating a solid foundation for your future dance journey.

Materials Needed:
Comfortable dance attire
Knee pads (highly recommended)
Leg warmers (optional)
Heels (optional)

This four week series runs Sundays, September 13th-October 4th 1:15pm-2:15pm.

This class is $65 or 12 tokens for all four weeks, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.
