Bike Fit: Pilates for Cyclists Workshop
We all have heard how good Pilates is for your core, but do you know how the benefits of Pilates translate to being a better cyclist? Biking focuses on the legs and lower body but what happens with the rest of the body. A strong core, shoulders, and neck are also necessary to ride efficiently.
Our workshop will cover common injuries prone to cyclists, optimal bike setup, and Pilates exercises that are great for cyclists. Light refreshments will also be available. Learn how you can incorporate Pilates into your training regimen to be the best cyclist you can be!
